[email protected]2. How Hidease handles photosWhen you select a photo or send one to Hidease through the iOS share menu, the app processes it to detect faces and apply the coverings you choose. Face detection and editing take place on your device. Hidease does not upload your photos or detected faces to a Hidease server.The app accesses only the image you select. Choosing a photo through the iOS photo picker does not require general access to your photo library. If the selected photo is stored in iCloud, Apple may download it to your device.3. Storage, saving, and sharingHidease keeps the photo and your edits on your device while you work. It also stores recently used emojis locally so you can select them again.When you choose Save, Hidease creates an edited copy in your photo library. iOS asks for permission to add photos. When you choose Share, Hidease passes the edited copy to the destination you select. That destination's privacy policy governs what it does with the image afterward.Importing and exporting may create temporary image files on your device. Hidease removes export files after saving or sharing finishes normally, and removes working copies imported by its app extension when the extension closes normally. If a process ends unexpectedly, temporary files may remain until iOS clears them or you delete the app. You can delete copies saved to your photo library in the Photos app.4. Purchases and subscriptionsApple handles purchases, subscriptions, and purchase restoration through the App Store and StoreKit. Hidease checks the purchase status provided by Apple on your device to determine whether exporting is available. The app does not receive your credit card or bank details. Please send photos only if they are needed to explain the issue. We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your request and meet any applicable legal obligations.Hidease does not use its own advertising or analytics services and does not create user profiles.6. Legal bases and your choicesWhere the GDPR applies, processing needed to provide the photo editing and export features you request, and to check your purchase entitlement, is based on performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Depending on the request, we handle your correspondence on that basis or on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.Selecting a photo is voluntary, but Hidease cannot edit an image without one. You can edit without a valid purchase, but exporting requires one. You can change permission to add photos in your iOS settings.7. Your rightsSubject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or data portability.
